Supra DAC is a really rapid response interconnect thanks to its extremely low capacitance. In accordance with our design philosophy, the inductance must be low for a loudspeaker cable whereas for a signal interconnect the capacitance must be kept to a minimum. Supra DAC is insulated with a special PE plastic which exhibits only 45 pF/m. Further it is foamed and encloses a lot of the cheapest, yet most efficient insulation; Air. More correctly insulation should be denominated dielectricum according to the physical laws, where there actually does not exist anything called insulation. Every substance, gas, fluid or solid, exhibits electrical properties, where the trick is to find and choose the most benign. Air is easily available, cheap and shows very good dielectrical properties compared to its price. When the PE is foamed, the residual amount of PE becomes like a sponge, hence further reducing its electrical influence on the fragile music signal. The enclosed air becomes the major dielectricum and results in an electrical locomotion without brakes; full dynamics, response time and 3D sound stage, you simply will not come any closer to the real live experience. Further it is shielded with our very efficient and strong semi-conductive nylon ribbon, keeping all malicious noise out. The velocity factor of SUPRA DAC is as high as 78% of the speed of light. With the PTFE/Teflon, often used among our competitors, it would have been only 71%.

Supra Dual is a dual in-line cable for primarily single-end interconnections. It displays in spite of its pricing the typical Supra trade marks of efficient aluminum foil shielding and low capacitance allowing good noise rejection and fast transient response. It will typically fit as an analogue interconnect in an entry level hifi system and thus raising the audible performance noticeably.

Flawless signal transfer of even the most subtle music details is always the goal. A traditional cable, e.g. included interconnects with the hardware or the supermarket "high-end", simply cannot reach the level of desired refinement an audiophile expect. There are electric properties that needs to be addressed prior to reaching the goal; capacitance, phase, skin-effect and shielding. The purity of conductors, dielectric choice, plating quality is generally sub-standard even though they might appear high-end. The skin-effect is the physical event forcing higher frequency signals flow closer to the conductor surface. This means that low and high frequency impedance are not equal and therefor affects the signal level and phase. It has a profound dynamic and clearly audible influence because an audio signal is in principle nothing but an infinite number of frequencies at an infinite number of levels.
In order to minimize the skin-effect, the EFF-I is designed according to our Equalized Frequency Flow (EFF) technique. Around a plastic core, the strands are wound forming a conductor tube, in turn forcing all frequencies through the same cross section area well tuned for the entire audible range. The result is a maintained frequency respons as from the source without any level changes like treble roll-off or phase shift. Further the strands are silver plated to provide for ultra-high frequencies and are insulated using PE, providing the lowest capacitance. Finally there must not enter any RFI destroying all efforts to maintain original signal integrity and our aluminized PET foil is a high bandwidth efficient shield keeping noise outside.

The success with the Sword loudspeaker cable lit an idea of designing an interconnect according to the same patented design concept. The cable works as a perfect signal carrier without the side effects of the traditionally designed cables, which display severe problems with frequency responce and phase shifting. Sword maintain the signal integrity with almost immeasurable deformation due to our freedom and ability to master the electro-physical layout, instead of compensating with mystery boxes and batteries. It is hard to beat the Sword series, regardless of price. Available in single-ended (RCA) and balanced (XLR) version.
The best description is nothing - Supra Sword does not sound at all. Supra Sword passes the complex music signal of an infinite number of sine waves and an infinite number of levels without causing any deformations between the source output to the receiver input. No part of the music suffer delay (phase shift), why the timing of each tone are exactly the same before and after. If every other hifi device in the system is capable of equally correct timing and preservation of the recordings' sound, the speaker setup and listening room acoustics is optimal, the result is such alive you can truly imagine being in the studio among the musicians. The Sword's lack of electrical properties ensures complete transparency. It is sometimes harder to distinguish a transparent cable from a cable with an apparent "sound lift" that emphasize certain notes. One will soon know however, when each album in the music collection exhibits the same sound style rather than the unique signature of every album/tune.
The figure to the right illustrates the cable design. In each polarity conductor there are twelve individually insulated strands forming two layers, the inner six spun around an inner core, with high pitch in one direction, the outer six in the opposite direction separated from the inner layer by an extruded insulation layer. This strand orientation, efficiently counteracts all unwanted electro-physical properties, giving all audible frequencies uniform conditions internally and further, no open window for malicious noise to enter. The music will pass through sounding exactly the same. That is what distinguishes a completely transparent cable.
