Have bought Supra interconnect cables before and would buy again.

After been impressed with the Supra XL Annorum RCA analogue interconnect when used on a fairly serious CD Player I decided to upgrade the cables coming from my TV which seemed a bit dull sounding. I like watching the occasional DVD/Blu-Ray fed into the TV by a HDMI cable.

This is older gear needing 3m of cable which I felt warranted a less expensive but yet decent interconnect.

As it turns out my choice of the EFF cable was a great decision. A DVD of "Jarre Concert in China" 2004 mastered to very high audio quality yielded an amazing playback. This was live music played in "Forbidden City" in Beijing and broadcasted right through China at the same time.

The backwash of the sound reflections from the amazing architecture there came through showing lovely depth and width for that matter. All musical instruments and vocals came through perfectly and the Chinese Erhu violin was quite haunting.

I do indeed recommend this cable. Supra interconnect has come through a second time.

I had been told that good cables makes a huge difference to sound quality. I had also been told that providing a filtered clean power supply would also lead to improved sound. I was skeptical at first and began with quality Supra Quadrax bi wire speaker cables. The improvement was obvious. From there I bought the Supra Mains Power filter achieving more improvements. Now all power cables are shielded, new DAC interconnects and subwoofer cables. I can confirm from personal experience the investment is well worth it. At every step, I found I could totally trust Mark both with the gentle advice he provides and with the integrity he has when doing business. Simply said, you can trust him and know you are in good hands.

These ics were bought and installed in conjunction with SUPRA SWORD EXCALIBUR SPEAKER CABLE.

I was previously using some rather good custom made interconnects. They brought most of the benefits that an ic can bring. Nevertheless the SUPRA SWORD EXCALIBUR IXLR BALANCED ANALOGUE INTERCONNECT CABLES brought a more even balance to the mix. In relative terms the step up was bigger with the speaker cables, but the ics really were just icing on the cake.
You can put all the normal audio lifted veils etc here - they really did just provide a very clear, even, tonal balance - exactly as I was looking for.

This can be fairly brief - my collected gear was lost in a flood a year back, and not being too convinced about the merits of expensive cables, since then, I'd been getting by on some fairly basic cables/wire. I'd reassembled some high end gear in my dedicated room, but something wasn't working despite the equipment and room treatments. In desperation more than belief, I decided to try some decent speaker cables - question was what to try? Supra arose in my awareness for their straight up engineering and lack of bs (I'm an electronics engineer).

In short, the cables overcame the problems in my various alternatives. Suddenly all frequencies were treated evenly, with none over or under emphasised. The problem I'd been struggling with was immediately gone. The sound was all I could ask for. There was zero chance these were going to leave the system.

The cables were well presented in a nice wooden box and velvet bag. They are an unusual blue colour - rather too ice cave chic for my wooden floor, but that's just too bad.

I already run a full Supra Sword Excalibur loom, this cable keeps up the high standard for sound and build quality I'm used to from Supras other products. They are the best value for money cables you can get.

I used this cable for connecting a CD Player to my pre-amp. Immediately I noticed there was increased depth and clarity adding drama to some instrumental only recordings. This showed up in the bass and high trebles. This cable is very high resolution and well made.

However the vocals seemed to be slightly recessed and strained. I then realised my setup was at fault after a quite subtle alteration of one speaker, everything fell into place. The depth was reduced to a natural level, vocals were pleasant to the ear and everything was focussed with instruments precisely located.

The bass frequencies had increased punch without wrecking cello frequencies.

Quiet passages really had a very low noise floor, a triangle being hit in far distance could be heard. If someone dropped something in the back of the studio you will probably hear it!

Note this cable is very revealing so that any errors in your speaker setup or bad recordings will show up. Anything that helps you improve your system as this cable does has to be a plus in the long run.

On this basis I highly recommend this cable.

Better quality than previous cable from reputable band. Clean definition. Highs pronounced but not offensive. Realistic mid range. Bass tight.
